EIGHT LINES.
ONE COACH.

Every training service Kalyx Kinetyx offers, mapped like a rail system. Board the one that fits the day you're actually living. No prices on the map — she'll quote you honestly on the intake call.

The daily line · group · Branded

Bootcamp Membership

This is the artery of the studio. A capped-roster group bootcamp built around progressive strength and honest conditioning, running six days a week in Dallas. You don't drop into a random class hoping the coach notices you — you walk into a room where Kalyx knows your name, your history, your knee, your last PR, and what kind of week you had.

Programming rotates through blocks so nobody plateaus and nobody gets bored: strength cycles that actually let you rest between heavy days, metabolic work that isn't punishment, and mobility that's baked in instead of tacked on. Beginners share the floor with people two years in — and it works, because the loading is scaled and the culture is calibrated. No comparison. No shame. Zero snatched-waist marketing on the walls.

The membership is designed for professionals, parents, and business owners who need consistency more than novelty. Come at 5:30. Come at 5:30 PM. Come three times a week if that's what your life actually allows. What matters is that when you walk in, the plan is already written for you.

6-Week Challenge

For the client who needs an endpoint. Six weeks, structured start date, structured finish. Progressive strength programming plus a light-touch nutrition framework — no macros scripted down to the gram, no ground-beef-and-sweet-potatoes purgatory, just a sane way to eat that leaves room for real life.

The whole point is momentum. Six weeks is long enough to see visible change if you show up consistently, and short enough to commit to when the idea of 'forever' is what's been keeping you paralyzed. You'll get weekly check-ins, a shared cohort chat, and a coach who will tell you the truth about how it's going.

Best fit: someone who used to be athletic and wants to feel that ceiling again, someone who has a wedding / trip / photoshoot / birthday on the calendar, or someone who has tried and failed enough times that they need a container with a lid on it before they'll believe in the process again.

The insider line · hybrid · Branded

Founders Tribe

The premium hybrid tier — group bootcamp attendance plus scheduled 1:1 sessions with Kalyx, monthly programming reviews, and access to whatever new formats and pilots the studio is building next. This is for the client who wants group energy but also wants a coach who can zoom all the way in on their specific body, life, and goals.

Founders Tribe is capped for the same reason the group classes are capped: coaching stops working the moment there are too many people to actually coach. If you're accepted in, expect a real relationship — the kind where Kalyx remembers your kid's soccer schedule and adjusts your week around it.

This line is also where clients who are graduating from the 6-Week Challenge tend to land when they realize what they actually want isn't another challenge. It's a coach who's in it with them.

L4
The private car

1-on-1 Personal Training

Straight private coaching, in-person in Dallas. Custom programming written for your body, your goals, your training age, and any old injuries you've been quietly working around. Every session is coached — form corrections, tempo cues, breath, load management — nothing is left to autopilot.

This is the right line if you have specific goals a group room can't answer, if you have a medical history that needs a coach paying real attention, or if you just prefer working one-on-one. Sessions are scheduled around your calendar rather than a fixed group schedule.

Every 1:1 client also gets the same food philosophy the studio runs on: no diet trends, no punishment, no bad relationship with what's on your plate.

L5
The remote line

Online Coaching

For clients outside Dallas or clients whose schedules just won't survive a fixed in-person slot. You get custom programming delivered to your phone, video form checks, weekly async check-ins, and messaging access to Kalyx between check-ins.

Online is not a discount version of the coaching. It's the same brain, the same standards, the same refusal to prescribe anything trendy — just delivered through a screen instead of across a squat rack. Expect real accountability. Expect a coach who will notice when you've gone quiet for four days.

Best fit: remote professionals, frequent travelers, and clients whose home gym or commercial gym is more accessible than in-person Dallas sessions.

L6
The fueling line

Nutrition Planning

Nutrition guidance that respects the fact that you're a person, not a spreadsheet. No 30-day cleanses. No 1,200-calorie hell. No ground beef and sweet potatoes as a religion. What you'll get instead: a realistic daily target range for calories and macros based on your body and your goal, a food framework that fits the way you actually eat, and check-ins that adjust the plan as your body responds.

For clients who already lift, nutrition is the multiplier — this is where the visible change quietly compounds. For clients rebuilding after years of yo-yo dieting, this is the line that fixes the relationship first and the physique second.

Nutrition planning is available as a standalone service and is folded into every group and 1:1 line at the appropriate depth.

L7
The route with a name

Transformation Programs

Longer-arc packages for clients who want a defined outcome across 12 to 24 weeks — recomp, first pull-up, first unassisted push-up, first mile without stopping, first pain-free overhead press after an injury. You pick the destination, Kalyx builds the route.

These are structured programs with progression milestones baked in, so you're not guessing whether it's working. You'll get session-by-session programming, weekly nutrition adjustments, and a coach who is watching the whole arc — not just the day in front of you.

This is the line for someone who has done 'random workouts' for years and is finally ready to trust one coach with one plan for one specific outcome.

L8
The return line

Rehabilitation

Post-surgery, post-injury, post-flare-up. This is the return-to-training pathway. Kalyx will coordinate with your PT or medical team, take the discharge notes seriously, and rebuild loading around your actual body — not the idealized version of it.

As someone who trains through her own early-onset arthritis, Kalyx does not treat 'rehab' as a lesser tier of coaching. It's the line where the most careful, most technical, most patient work happens. Expect slow ramps, honest ceilings, and no ego about how heavy the bar used to be.

Best fit: clients cleared by their care team who need a coach who will not push through pain and will not baby you into never lifting again.

09
Not sure which line is yours?

You don't have to know. That's what the intake call is for. Kalyx will ask you five honest questions and then tell you which line she'd put you on — even if it's a smaller commitment than you were ready to buy.

Pick your line.
